The Oregon Department of Justice Civil Rights Unit operates Oregon’s Sanctuary Promise program and hotline for community members to report suspected sanctuary law violations, and provide support for targeted individuals and their families.
This presentation covers what Oregon’s sanctuary laws do and do not say, as well as services and resources available to targeted individuals and their families.

This presentation covers what Oregon’s sanctuary laws do and do not say, as well as services and resources available to targeted individuals and their families on the Sanctuary Promise Hotline. Oregon DOJ’s Sanctuary Promise Community Toolkit includes some know your rights information from partner agencies like ACLU, Oregon Law Center, Immigrant Legal Resource Center, and National Immigration Law Center.
