Business Energy Tax Credit (BETC)

can help your business save money through the Oregon Department of Energy's Business Energy Tax Credit Program offered
to those who invest in energy conservation, recycling, renewable energy resources and cleaner transportation fuels and options.
The tax credit is 35 percent of the eligible project costs - the incremental cost of the system or equipment
beyond standard practice. Those with eligible project costs of $20,000 or less may take the tax credit in one year. Projects
with eligible costs greater than $20,000 receive the credit spaced out over 5 years. Click below to learn more about the BETC program.
